Our trainers are grounded, attuned individuals who believe this is essential for facilitating any peak experience. With diverse backgrounds, we all share the belief that humans become better community members and contribute to a better world when they are strong and resilient.

what is Paradox Strength ?
Paradox Strength is a concept that embodies the dynamic balance between opposing forces within us. It's the acceptance that we are both strong and fragile, capable yet vulnerable. We carry the power to endure, to rise after every fall, to stand tall against adversity - yet, we also carry the tenderness of human fragility, the moments when we feel broken, unsure, or worn thin.
This strength is not about denying our weaknesses or pretending they don't exist, but rather about embracing both sides, the totality of our nature.

1:1 High-Intensity Strength Training
We offer one-to-one strength training sessions out of our private studio in midtown in Bend. Training sessions are only 30 minutes, once or twice per week.
We offer two training packages:
• 4-session pack: $220, expires 50 days from purchase date
• 8-session pack: $420, expires 90 days from purchase date
WHAT'S UNIQUE ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY?
Our clientele represents a diverse range of ages, backgrounds, beliefs, and identities.
Our clients have full lives and don't want to dedicate more time than necessary to working on their fitness. In addition to their families and/or businesses/careers many of them have specialized sports or hobbies that they invest their energy into. All of our clients want to be strong and healthy AND are conscientious of how they spend their precious time and energy.
Our community does "authentic strength"-we show up as we are: tired, overwhelmed, thriving- and we gift ourselves 30 minutes to just be in the intensity of the session.
We don't cheerlead, we coach our clients to stay in good form while playing with their psychological and physiological edge. We believe the reward is worth the effort.
