Our unique approach to strength training focuses on high-intensity, efficient sessions that challenge both the body and mind. With just one or two 30-minute sessions per week, you’ll build lasting strength; not just physically, but in every aspect of your life.

1:1 High-Intensity Strength Training

We offer one-to-one strength training sessions out of our private studio in midtown in Bend. Training sessions are only 30 minutes, once or twice per week. All clients have a weekly standing appointment with the option to cancel or reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

With over 20,000 sessions facilitated, I bring 12 years of experience and expertise to every training session. This is the second studio I’ve opened, and we are proud to have a loyal community of long-term clients who train with us for years because our approach works.

With a HIT UNI Certifications under my belt and the use of Imagine Strength Equipment, I prioritize the use of the most researched methods, knowledge, and tools that will ensure you have everything you need to train safely and with intention.

By appointment only. When you train with us, your 30 minutes are your 30 minutes and we want to make sure we give you your full time.
